Three attorneys from McKirdy & Riskin will be serving on the faculty of the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority's "Redevelopment Training Institute" on October 4 and 5, 2011.  The course will be held at Thomas Edison State College in Trenton.  Anthony Della Pelle, CRE, has been selected as the lead instructor, is coordinating the course, and will be presenting lectures on "Redevelopment Gone Right or Wrong" on October 4, and "Property Acquisition, Eminent Domain and Relocation" on October 5.  John H. Buonocore will be leading a panel discussion on October 4 entitled "The Area in Need of Redevelopment", and also presenting a panel with Richard DeAngelis later that day on "Recent Developments in Litigation".  For more information on the Redevelopment Training Institute, click here.
