Daniel Kim has extensive experience in all aspects of property tax appeals, representing both private taxpayers and municipalities. Before entering private practice, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Mala Sundar, Judge of the Tax Court of New Jersey. Prior to joining McKirdy & Riskin, he was an associate at Nowell Amoroso Klein Bierman, P.A. where his practice concentrated in local property taxation.
He appears regularly before the various county boards throughout the State and the Tax Court of New Jersey and his practice is now limited to eminent domain, property tax and redevelopment matters.
He received a B.A. degree, with honors, in Political Science from Montclair State University, and his J.D. degree from Rutgers School of Law-Newark.
